Have been with Nextel for many years... About 6 mos ago service went to... in a handbasket. Contantly going to NO SERVICE and having to wait several minutes for service to reconnect.
I never had this problem prior to merger with Sprint. Customer service is poor and they will not let me out of the contract. Several reps of Nextel/Sprint told me it was issue with towers. Now there is not issue with anything according to them, since I want out of contract and don't want to pay termination fee of $200 or switch over to Sprint Network and sign new contract.
Again, had always been extremely happy with Nextel service prior to the merger with Sprint. Now, can barely use my phone. Any suggestions??
