Did not provide advertised service, ripoff, dishonest, unfriendly

Their customer service reps are unfriendly and are not helpful.

They try to brush you off and will not refund your money even though you were lured into a service you didn't want in the first place, and a service that they claimed to provide but did not.

I do not suggest using this site. Please file a complaint with this site, the BBB, and the Texas Attorney General.
