Charged for merchandise. Never received. Not able to contact anyone Ripoff New York

I ordered merchandise 5 weeks ago, which I never recieved. I was billed on my credit card. Tried to contact the Website. No where to check the order number. Contact goes to my e-mail. No response. Called the phone number on my credit card. Only reached a voice mail. Left messages, no response.
