Over nine weeks ago I ordered merchandise from LowCostLingerie.com. Several weeks after I placed my order I had never received my items through the mail, so I inquired at the website as to the status of my order via the "Contact Us" form. I got no response.
Another week later I tried several times through the contact form, with the same result: no reply.
I checked the email address in PayPal (the method I used to pay for the merchandise) and wrote several times to this email address, again with no response.
I paid over $30 including shipping for merchandise that never arrived! This company has my money and I have nothing in return. I have written the company many times through different addresses and such to try to get some response, but I have obviously been ignored time after time. This business practice is unacceptable!
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM LOWCOSTLINGERIE.com because they STOLE my money and may steal YOURS!!
