I ordered merchandise for my son for Christmas three weeks before Christmas. These people charged my credit card the very next day.
As I am sure you have probably already surmised, I did not recieve the items before Christmas. It is now well into the month of January, and I still do not have my items. I have been paying interest on $160.00 for 6 weeks for merchandise i have never recieved.
As you may also suspect, conveniently, there is no phone number to contact these people who I strongly suspect are nothing more than low life thieves.
I have sent five e-mails (e-mail is the only way to contact them). I have heard nothing. I imagine they are enjoing quite a good laugh at my expense.
When I contacted my credit card company to have the charge reversed, the nice lady on the other end of the phone provided me with a contact phone number that showed up on the charge. I called that 1-800 number only to get a VOICE MAIL that suggested i go on line and get the e-mail address so that I could contact them that way. You KNOW they are laughing at me now... I'd laugh at myself if I weren't so @#%# mad.
I did reverse the charges and I hope they try to contact me. I think I will just refer them to a phoney e-mail address and ask them to register any complaints they might have about me via that e-mail.
Thanks for allowing me to vent. This has been a hard lesson to learn. Please, from one friendly consumer to another, PLEASE do not give your credit card number to these people.
