Credit card charged for merchanidise not received, unable to reach business...
We ordered a hard-drive from this company. We were emailed that the merchandise was on backorder, but our credit card was billed.
No merchandise was received. We have tried to contact the company daily and have left messages. We have never reached a company representative despite multiple tries.
