Placed an order with elearningtoys.com on 2/27. My credit card was charged and their website said that the order would most likely be shipped by 3/2/06. Contacted customer service on 3/10/06. Had not received any response by 3/13/06. Called both the 800 and the local phone number for this company and both sounded like they were someone's private phone line (it was same message on both numbers) Left a message and never received a response. Sent another e-mail to customer service on 3/17/06 and never received a response back.
To this date, I have not received the merchandise or any response from customer service. I contacted my credit card company and had the charge reveresed.
