This company does not care about their employees. You will go to orientation thinking the crowd is overwhelming (100 people) trying to get a driver position. Believe me, i went to one of the best cdl schools in the us (sage) and some people there didn't even speak english got hired. From that point i knew this company is a disgrace.
The govt gives covenant $10,000 per student they hire just like c.R. England. They do not care if you quit, all they want is their money. Why do you think they have great incentives such as a referral program? I am just about to finish my "30 day student-student training" if thats what you want to call it. I am quitting this company as soon as i get closer to home, so i dont have to get a bus ticket from where i decide to quit. If you have a problem with anything you have to take guesses on what to do, due to calling will take at least 20 minutes just to get a hold of somebody. Please before thinking of signing on, think of somewhere else.
