They promise you the word. First i have 12 yrs as a driver. Next they said they hired me but in facT i was not hired untill they got me there 4 days later along with 90 people in orientation. Every week your just a number, the 250 they promised me after orientation was a lie. Im a lease operator, the also dont tell you this company is a TEAM FREIGHT BASED COMPANY. If you are a solo driver your miles will be maybe 1800 weekly which for company drivers is sorry. You make min wage and come out better, they also dont tell you that if you are a student and dont know anything you go to there school your signing a contract to run as A TEAM DRIVER wheather you like it or not and if you quit you owe them 5000 dollars. Yes thats correct. Im not a student but im trying to save someone else. They dont do your back round checks or anything untill you get there so if you have some tickets or problems on your licenece your screwed. Then they say sorry find your own way home now what are you going to do stuck in iowa unless your just balling in money and new students i know your not, so please just a heads up. This company are straight up liers and dont give a crap about you because every sunday 100 more people arrive for orientation only to do it again. Rmenber there team only and your training will be by another student who has no clue either good luck
