Poor Customer Service ripoff

I have been dealing with the company Rent A Center for over three years.

Just recently they have become very rude and irrigant when it comes to collecting my rental payment. I came home from work one day and found door hangers hanging all over my front porch, stating we want our money, we want our money now.

Then the following day I receive another door hanger stating that I am 14days past due and that my payment history as usual really SUCKS! I was beside myself, I called the General Manager and the customer service office.

I truly think this is a case of harrassment and poor customer service issue.
