On Mothers day, I was unable to connect to the internet so I had called TWC.in the process of trying to get me connected, the technician noted a problem which would require a technician to come to my house.
I made an appointment for the next day for after 12:00. The operator asked for a phone number that I can be reached at and was told the technician will call approximately one half hour before arriving. I gave the operator both my home and my cell phone number. I took off from work and waited for the technician.
I was home all day on Monday. At approximately 6:00, I called TWC to inquire where the technician was. I was told that the technician tried calling me on both numbers and there was no answer. I told the operator that I was home ALL DAY and there were no phone calls made to my house. He offered to send someone later on in the week and I explained that I cannot afford to lose another 12 hours of work waiting around for their people to decide if they were going to show up.
Wanting to give TWC the benefit of the doubt, I waited until my cell phone bill to come in. All calls made to me on that day were accounted for. There was no strange phone numbers on my phone. Therefore, the technician LIED about calling.
I wrote TWC over a month ago and still have not recieved back any correspondence. TWC does not care about their customers. I am sure if I don't pay my bill, I will definately hear from them. TWC just doesn't care.
