I am a new customer trying to get TWC to install service. They charged my credit card $144 a week before the appointment to come to my house was schedule. Once I did get an appointment date and time (11am -2pm), I took the day off from work to be here.

Well, as you can imagine, 2:00pm came and went and no technician. When I called TMC to obtain estimated time of arrival, I was told that around 1pm, the technician drove by and because he could not find parking in front of my house, he just kept driving to the next job. He didn't even bother calling to let me know!

Now I have been told that the technician will come back... Sometime between 2pm and 7 pm. So because the technician couldn't be bothered to spend a few minutes looking for parking to come do his job, I have to sit at home literally all day and all night until mister wonderful decides to come back my way.

Earth to TWC... My time is valuable too! I paid you to be here at an agreed upon day and time! If it were not for the near monopoly you have, you wouldn't last a year. I am going to cancel my new service order and go to Verizon... I am lucky enough to have that option in my building.
