Sunday, August 14, the family sat down to play cards and watch TV with guest only to find our cable was totally scrambled and no sound. Another TV in master bedroom had the same problem. We called customer service to report issue and could not get a technician out to service problem until Tuesday. It so happened one of the guest was a Time Warner technician but in another jurisdiction who also tried talking to customer service to get a technician but to no prevail. The issue i have is if my guest is a technician and is on call every 5 weeks even on Sundays under another jurisdiction why we could not get a technician out to service the problem is beyond me and this technician. This issue was to be resolved on the last visit and here we are again with same issue again. Is this type of service I pay for every month dissatisfactory?
