I received a bill from Cingular for $1,800 for the month of May. My bill usually is about $100 per month. If I do not pay by July 1st it will go to collections.
I was told the overages were delayed billing from the months of Jan - April. How is it that I had over 2000 roll over minutes in the month of March.
I have been trying to talk to the same person from cingular to resolve this, was told I would receive a $1000 credit. I was going to pay the $779 to restore my phones but was not reassured that I would not be billed the $36 per phone fee.
