I got my wireless phones through my home phone company and thought it was a great deal, no deposit, no activation, & a discount for having it on my home phone bill. The company they used was cingular. The first couple of months, my bill was about $150 for 2 phones, which was fine. Then my bill was $600 for 2 months, my phone company pays cingular then charges me. Now my cell bill is $1000 a month. One bill had 1,645 text messages, NO WAY! Every time I call cingular I get nowhere. I don't know what to do, any advise?
