Today my account balance at Cingular Wireless is over $222. When asked about this huge bill I was told about delayed billing. Even though I am not supposed to pay roaming charges it seems when I use another company's tower (unbeknownst to me or I may choose to stop the call) that they can take up to 90 days to put those minutes on your bill.

On 6/2 I have minutes on my bill from 4/25, some are supposed to be free, like nights and weekends. Cingular was very sympathetic but offered no recourse. They just informed me that there would be $150 early termination fee. I did not choose Cingular, they bought AT&T. I never went over my alloted minutes with AT&T but have had to up my plan twice with Cingular and the month in question should have had 900 291 rollover minutes. Still, they managed to hit me, only me on the phone, with a huge bill.

I find their tactics very suspect and want to know if I am the only one unhappy with this company.
