Boost Mobile prepaid cellular service has horrible customer service. They think because people who have to get prepaid phones have bad credit and are at there, being boost mobile's mercy.in other words, in there minds it seems they are saying, "you have bad credit, you came to us for a reason, what are you going to do? Get a contractual service".. The phone i have with boost mobile prepaid sucks, many times there towers or service is out. And i get dropped calls, here recently, there service was out in north carolina and south carolina, i had 10 dropped calls. I called to dispute the minutes being that each failed call didnt go through yet, it deducted minutes. When i called, the rep acknowledged there was dropped calls because of an outage, yet told me, after he spoke to a supervisor, they couldnt/wouldnt credit my minutes back. After several, many, emails to them complaining, to date still no response. Be ware!!!
