Liars ripoff lies misleading Oklahoma

Where do I start? It all started 5 months ago, when Cingular could not get our billing straightened out. It was always a month behind. I had made many of phone calls to the service center and they could not tell me why this has happened. So I would pay my bill but it was always a Month behind, I had the extra money to pay the bill coming up but the service center could not tell me the total. I wanted to pay the bill to see if this would fix there problem. So after 3 months of late notices and many of phone calls finally it was fixed. But new problem now I have 3 bills due at once totaling 489$ and some change. I was told by a Cingular Repasentive that I would not have late fees or my phones would not be turned off.

Well today my phones were off and the bill was due on March 28th. So I called them and got a total run around and More (LIES) I told them what I was told but she said that does not matter. I also told her Cingular is a bunch of (LIES) and false stories. Misleading the public is fraud. She said Oh well if you do not pay your bill your service will be cut off. I told her I understood this but I was told since billing had jacked me around 3 months worth of bills was merged together, I paid two of them but one, she said well that does not matter we can do what we want we control the service and your account!

I said okay my does my account online say due the 28th? She said well the website is never accurate and it's never updated so the best thing to do is call the service center! I asked her where you get your info from. She said her computer from your account. I said where does my online account get the information from? She said the computer same data base as me right now! Well does that make your info invalid and (NOT) accurate as my online account if you're pulling account info from the same data base as my online account? (pause no response) then I hear I am going to place you on hold, and a few seconds later I heard the dial tone I was hung up on.

The call back.

I called back and spoke to some else and asked for a supervisor, I was told all supervisors are busy can I help you. So I explained it all to him he looked at my customer notes and seen where billing screwed up! He offered little to no help but he told me the due date was accurate on the online account manger. So after a few minutes I spoke with a supervisor and finally got my phones service restored. About 45 minutes later I was off the phone.

Cingular has very poor customer service; I liked it better when it was southwestern bell cellular service. I been with cingular since March 5th 1998. And in 2000 they switched to cingular. The customer service was pretty good until about 2001 it went down hill been lousy ever since.
