T-mobile is proving to be a bunch of lying theives. When we fell behind, we cancelled our account (I first sent an Email saying "Cancel on 1-25-06", sending it a few days before. They wrote back AFTER that, saying that they had to hear from me by phone. I had my wife call, everything was cancelled by 1-31. We paid our past due balance on 2-10, verified to be 70.04.
About a week ago, we received a letter saying we still owe 39.12
They suspended service, are we required to pay for NO SERVICE?
I wrote, stating my dispute. Today, I receive ANOTHER bill. It includes "RE-ACTIVATION" charge of 20.00 (WHY? We cancelled...!)
A late charge (This I do not dispute), and a bill for most of February (Why? We CANCELLED!!!). They are charging for most of a month in which we had no service because we cancelled, an apparent "other" month (Possibly a duplicate), a reactivation fee which was "Incurred" after cancellation, and a bunch of stuff... Almost 100, which I say WE DO NOT OWE!
We tried calling, but they just gave us the run-around. I already have an attorney on this. I am fed up. BTW: They do not respond promptly to Email, either!
