I received a bill from T-mobile charging me for 3 minutes of International calls i didn't made on my phone.
I called their customer services to report the charges. I was told they can only refund half of the charges. After, speaking with two lousy and rude reps; i ask for my services to be cancelled less than 5 seconds this rep cancelled my services. I was unable to access my account online. I have never experiences such services before.
T-mobile are charging their customers for services not use on their phone.
