I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday two days ago to be delivered today. Telefloral did not hesitate taking the $70 out of my bank account upon order... But did not follow through with the order. I called the Antlers, Oklahoma Florists to confirm that they received the order and it would be delivered. They HAD NOT received the order, nor a call. Robin, the owner advised me to contact the Teleflora customer service department. There I am informed that they are out of stock of what I ordered. They did not infrom me that you were NOT going to send the Flowers - They have my phone number and email address. I recieved a confimation email about the order, but they did not email to inform me they were out of stock of the advertised floral arraingment and that it would not be sent.
But Payment was taken from my account immediately. I am extremely Angry about this. I cancelled the order and was informed it would take 5 days for Teleflora to refund the money. That is unacceptable! I will never do business with Teleflora again.
Telefloral has a Guarantee of Exceptional Service - it is a lie. I was not even apologized to for their screw up. Very unproffesional. Dont give them your money.
