I have been billed on my Qwest telephone bill for a charge I had no idea what it was for until I called my Qwest and found out it was a USBI charge from Main Street Telephone. I went back for 2 years worth of bills. Total amount I have paid is $371.98. I called the 888 number that Qwest gave me. They said it was for a calling card. I have never recived any calling card. I never signed up for this. They informed me thay could only refund me 4 months worth of billings. I said I had charges ranging from 34 to 17 dollars each month for 2 years. They again said they could only refund 4 months for an amount of 50 dollars. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was informed there was not a supervisor available. And if there had been one I would only be told they refunded for four months. This is a total rip-off. I have paid for 2 years (stupid me) and never received any calling card from these people.
Qwest seemed to know about this rip off. They gave me the phone number and told me what it was.
