USBI has charged me over 300.00!!! I called each and everyone, and each told me to send a fax and proof of billing, they did not have it on their computer. Asked to speak to the Supervisor, which introduces themselves as Agent #0000, he more or less told me if I wanted to keep my phone service, I better pay the charges, in other words; Sorry Charley, your stuck! Ha... Oh yea, told me it was past the 90 days allotted to dispute the charges. What 90 days, nowhere does it say 90 days on my bill.
I made the mistake of trusting Qwest Telephone!!! More than that I made the mistake of not checking all my bills, every month!!! Does Qwest have something going on with these people? Charges from some Island in Indian Ocean, was one of them!!! No I did not make this call or any other that USBI has charged me for.
My question??? How can Qwest allow this to continue? I did not give Qwest permission to add these people, I demand action!!!
I WANT TO SEE A NATIONAL LAWSUIT ON THESE PEOPLE... Anyone that knows of an Attorney doing this, please contact me... I have all my copies. I am going to the FCC and The President of the United States, anyone else I should go to, please let me know.
