After two years of constant erroneous billing mistakes. We've cancelled our account with them

The Qwest bundling package is loaded with problems.in addition, the two years of billing problems were ALWAYS benefitting Qwest.

Qwest utilized billing practices with Verizon, and Direct TV that caused us to be paying two months in advance for our services.

By cancelling the qwest services, our billing problems with Verizon and Direct TV have come to a complete halt.

No more, calling qwest CS to figure out why our monthly bills were constantly fluctuating, always to the benefit of Qwest!!
