I ordered a tmobile sidekick back in january from the tmobile website. I ordered the phone on january 24 which i received on the 26. However, i didn't like the phone so returned the next day. I used their return shipping label and called the UPS guy to come pick up the return package. It stated in the back of the order slip that they will refund the money within 30 days of receipt of returned. It's already March 9 and no refund are made. I recently moved and lost the little sticker with the return tracking number. I called Tmobile to see why they haven't refund me my money. Two ladies told me that they could refund me my money just because I don't have the return tracking number although it might be in the warehouse somewhere. So now I'm stuck with a $400 charge to my credit card when I don't even have the product in my possession.
