I purchased two mobile Blackberry phones and was not told that Nextel would charge me an additional $49.99 per month for e-mail and text messaging services that are REQUIRED by the carrier when you have a Blackberry phone. Nextel says it isn't their problem and Corporate Wireless has customer service in India. They don't communicate well in English and don't understand the problem, so tell me that my issue is with Nextel because the fee is not a REQUIRED fee. No-ome will take ownership and help me fix the problem. This additional fee makes my monthly cell phone bill almost $100.00 more per month than my previous carrier and I would have chosen a different model of phone had I been given all of the information up front. Corporate Wireless also added insurance coverage to both of the phones and won't take it off or refund the balance, plus both Nextel and Corporate Wireless charged activation fees on the initial beginning of the account. After 5 phone calls to Nextel, I finally got the fee from them waived.
