Charged for AT&T Wireless, I never had AT&T Wireless! Ripoff

This company charged for AT&T Wireless! I have never had AT&T Wireless! They claim the account was opened in I had Nextel in 2005! After Nextel I had Metro PCS, and now Verizon, never, ever had AT&T Wireless! They are charging $257 on my credit report!
