I ordered this product based on a newspaper review that stated that this was one of the few companies that would refund your money if you weren't satisfied with the product.
I emailed them asking how I would find the specific information on grants that I was seeking, and they never responded. I followed up with another email requesting a refund of my money (within the 45 day satisfaction period) and got no response. I faxed a request and got no response, and I called and left a message and got no response.
I paid $39.99 for access to this report and got ripped off because it didn't contain the information I was looking for.
I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they were unable to get a response from them.
This company is clearly irresponsible in its commitment to customer service, and I would like anyone who might potentially interested in using their service to reconsider and not waste your money.
