Product ordered in early December, money taken from my account that night, email confirmation of order received the same night, with information that the product would ship in 7-10 business days. After 12 business days, I emailed for update on order, no response. Contact page does not give any option other than to email them, no email address given, no phone numbers, etc. Emailed again 2 days later, no response, and again 2 more days later, no response. Have even followed their suggestion of opening the span filter, just in case that is the issue for not receiving the response, and have emailed again - ever the optimist. No response, no refund, no product.
Bad news company.
