I paid for the Premium Package for Resume-Template.com in order to get some examples of resumes and cover letters. I could have paid $9.95 for this but the site stated I could get a review of my resume if I upgraded to Premium, which I did. I put my resume together on Sunday, August 3, and went back to the website to get a review. The FAQ section stated to send the resume to customer service but that is not available on their site, but contact us is. I sent them an email asking how to submit the resume or review on August 3rd. The site said to wait 24 hours for a response, so I waited until Tuesday, August 5th, and sent another email requesting the same information. No response so on Wednesday, August 6th sent another email asking how to submit my resume. Still no response. So I paid an extra $10.00 for nothing. What a ripoff.
