In September of last year, I purchased one their business packages. After reviewing the package, I decided to cancel the membership and return the business package. I was given instructions on how to return the package and receive my refund, which I followed. The package was returned on November 7.
I have been calling freguently with no refund just excuses. I was given an 800 number which turned out to be an answering machine that also was was ignored. I have repeated e-mailed the company but does not help either.
