In 2005 I purchased one their business packages. After reviewing the package, I decided to cancel the membership and return the business package. I was given instructions on how to return the package and receive my refund, which I followed. The package was returned on March. It is now Nov. 2006 and I still can never get a manager on the phone, Most of the time no one answers. They will most likely continue to rip other people off - they give no service and you will most likely never get your money back. Please help me know how to proceed and i caution anyone who reads this to stay clear of the NSBA!
