Agreed to trial membership for weekly movie passes... For $3.95 for shipping and handling. I was promised a package and a $200 promotional voucher in 10 days, then an additional 7 days for review with the opportunity to "terminate" without further charges or obligation.
After receiving no package in the first 7 business day mailing period... I called the company to inquire about the $3.95 charge yet no package. "Pharrel" promised me package was in the mail, reminded me I still had 3 more business days for delivery, then the additional 7 day review period. He assured me I would not be charged the $119.95 until April 1.
Well, here it is March 29... Still no package and the $119.95 charge on my account! Their answer to the problem, "We'll send you a form to fill out to request a refund for the full $119.95... Expect it in 7-10 business days." I am sure I will receive that right along with the package they promised too! BEWARE!
