I purchased a pandigital e-reader which I decided to cancel the very next day. I was told that it cannot be cancelled and I can refuse the package once it arrives. I refused and returned the package and now they say that they did not receive my package. I showed them the USPS proof of my returning the package and still they refuse to refund my money. No contact telephone nor have a proper customer support
