After filling out paperwork to finally rid myself of this credit monitoring SCAM, I received a refund check for the rest of my "annual subscription" in the mail, so I thought this nightmare was over. Oh no, of course not. I found another monthly charge on my credit card this month! I called to rip someone a new one, and since I'd ordered a credit report for both my wife and myself (I only created ONE account when ordering my credit reports initially mind you, but ordering a report for each of us), they decided that since my wife's name didn't explicitly show up on the cancellation paperwork for the account, that I still wanted the credit monitoring service for her, even though it was on the same account. Someone should really shut these clowns down!
