Triple Advantage sponsored by Esperian (Credit Reporting Agency) required a credit card before giving my free credit report. 30 days later they charged my card for $12.00. This would be an ongoing monthly fee. I called Triple Advantage which turned out to be Esperian. According to one of the other bad credit reports, I discovered that this company has 2,600 complaints filed in 3 months! Well, after calling Esperian, they agreed to cancel my "membership". It is important to realize that I did not sing-up for this "membership". There ad was misleading. The ad claimed I would not be billed for anything, but the credit card info was required. They lied.
There are other free credit reports out there. I have used them. They are great. Not one of them requires a credit card to give you the information!
Triple Advantage (Esperian) refused to give me an address so I could write to them. I got their phone number by putting "Triple Advantage" in the Yahoo Search Engine.
Triple Advantage is a rip-off! I am a victim.
