Ripoff Does not fulfil rebates aka rebatestatus

I purchased an Emerilware cookset through Shop@home with a rebate of a 2 qt. Saute pan and have not recieved the pan. I sent the required info to rebatestatus.com initially in August of again in October because they said it wasn't complete when it was, and called again in December.

The company told me that it would be sent in 6-8 weeks, but to call back in 2 weeks to double check that it was being processed. It is still in limbo. I've filed a complaint to the FTC, the AG in Texas, Arizona, New York, and Tenn. Under the direction of the Texas AG. Others who have been ripped off with this company should follow suit because the more complaints they get the more chances something will be done.

I also agree that some lawyer out there should get a class action against this company to wake up the parent company. I doubt I'll ever see any rebate, but I know I'll never trust another company to honor a rebate again, unless it is instant.
