I purchased the Emeril cookware set back in October. We mailed our rebate for the free Emeril Stainless 2 Qt. Saute pan in Mid October but have not received it yet. According to the rebate it should have been mailed within 6 - 8 weeks. The rebatestatus.com website says that you have received it and it is being processed. It has said this since the beginning of November. I've submitted several inquires to rebatestatus.com, but have not heard anything back.
All Clad responded to recent e-mail with the below. They legally had to complete the rebate within the advertised time frame of 6-8 weeks and totally over look that fact. They say they will send the pan, but they don't know when. So it could be next week, or it could be 10 years. I might just contest the charge on my credit card until they complete the terms of the offer, which is to mail the free pan as promised. After all, that was part of my decision to purchase the product.
Here's their reply to my inquiry:
Thank you for contacting All-Clad. I apologize for not replying to your email sooner.
This promotion is being processed by an independent company for All-Clad and has had a great response. Due to this response, the 2qt saute pan has been out of stock on a few occasions and the stock is again being replenished. Once the stock has been replenished the saute pans will be sent out in the order the submissions were received. Your pan will be sent, however, I cannot say when that will be.
