This debt collection company has been the subject of litigation for fraudulent billing practices in the past and appears to continue to do so.
They call you up and often don't have the correct name or much if any information about you but they claim you owe money and that it was not discharged by either your own personal bankruptcy or the bankruptcy of a company that you had done business with in the past.

They prey on people who are gullible or frightened.in 2002 they lost a civil lawsuit in Pennsylvania. (Oslan V, s Law Offices of MItchell N. Kay 232F. Supp. 2d 436 E.D. PA 2002) for fraudulently trying to collect from people who did not owe any money. The plaintiffs in the class action suit were awarded $20,000 each in damages) They don't seem to be in Pennsylvania any more.
They recently tried to do this to my wife. They are crooks. They dont care what you think of them. They are just looking for suckers to rip off.
