I ordered Thier telephone service.
I anticipated the installation for three months with great joy. On the day it was supposed to be installed, I called home and got a voice mail message that said the number could not be connected and to leave a voice message except that the message box was full.
After numerous attempts at dialing the number I gave up that day.
The next day I called customer service and was told it was an installation problem and the problem would be fixed as soon as possible.
A week later I still had no incoming phone service. After waiting a reasonable amount of time and trying to contact customer service a number of times, I resigned my previous phone service.
I have been billed and contacted by thier collection department numerous times I have explained the situation many times to different people I have written an e-mail to thier customer service department on 10-21.
I have received no relief from the harassment I have endured.
I do not feel that I should pay for services I did not get to use. Threats and harassing phone calls for money that I feel I do not owe.
I am guessing by the harassing phone call I got, the fact they are sending this bill to collections and by thier attempt to ruin my credit they are not willing to resolve this matter, well I am not going to pay this.
