I contacted Chase Relocation on 6/26/09 to get a quote on a small move. Upon reviewing all quotes, I e-mailed Felipe on Tuesday, 7/28/09 @ 12:39pm est with Chase Relocation to let him know that I was going with another company. I recieved 3 additional e-mails from Felipe after my response, all asking for confirmation that I'd be using thier company and looking for payment information. I replied with the same response to every inquiry, adding to the final response on Friday, 7/31/09 @ 6:26pm est that I'd already responded three times that I would not be using thier service.
The final e-mail communcation from Felipe recieved 8/3/09 @ 3:16pm est was:
Sorry to tell you Denise but my company has taken you off the list last week. If you can do us a favor and stop writing us that would be great.

This message implied that I had been harassing them. Upon calling the company immediated with the desire to speak to someone in management, I ended up with a Mike... (he refused to give his last name.) When I asked if he was in management, he said that he was. And asking is there a problem, I responded yes. Before I could speak another word, Mike told me that he did not like my attitude and then hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 additional times, and was hung up on each time.
I went on the internet to see if there was a number for a corporate office, so that I could share what poor customer service I was recieving from thier call center, I was unable to locate any additional information, (which the exception of this complaint.)
This company should not be in business if it is going to hang up on potential customers like a spoiled child.
So, let's see if the owner would like to respond to this. I have all of my e-mails and other documentation as well, so I let's see you call me untruthful.
