On 5/1/05, I ordered a toy from Passionshops.com online. My credit card was charged $70 within the week.
I had requested the "express shipping" which was supposed to arrive in around a week. It is now 6/23/05, and I have not received my order.
I tried to get assistance through their customer service set-up, and after several tries, never managed to get through to the right area to make my complaint. Then I sent an email to the address listed as where to contact customer service. I received no email in reply. A week or two later, I sent another more forceful email, and have yet to receive a response.
The business hours are listed as 9-5, Mon.-Fri., eastern time. Since I am not about to call re: this matter from my place of employment, it is extremely difficult to find time to contact them by phone, however, I did phone the customer service number listed on 6/20/05.
I got a voice mail message, stating that all the customer service representatives were busy, and that if I left a name and phone number, my call would be returned. I left a message. Later that morning I called again, just to see if I could get a "live" person to help me. Nope. Just the voice mail. I left another message. I have yet to receive a return phone call.
Needless to say, I am extremely angry about the entire thing. I want my money back, and I would like to see this website shut down, for fraudulent business practices! I also want to tell everyone else out there about my experience, in the hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
