Total disregard ripoff fort lauderdale, florida nationwide

This company charged me more than what was expected, but that is not my cheif comlaint. My household items were delivered by another company that I had never heard of. The delivery men did not even know state to state. Their dispatcher told me over the phine that state to state was not able to perform the job, so hired tham. This was not discussed with me... When my stuff arrived here, many of my cartons were crushed and torn open. They were brand new when they left my home in SC. Some had different colored stickers on them which indicate to which customer they belong. Many of my things were broken and I have photos to show this and to also show how well they had been packed. There were some items in one of my cartons that did not belong to me. No one seemed to care about this. Two items were being brought into my home that were not mine, one being a dresser. When I told this to the delivery man, he became annoyed and dropped the furniture on my lawn. I am missing at least one carton and had to replace parts to my jacuzzi that cost me over $100.00. Antique china was broken as well as 15 year old hand-blown hurricane lamps that are irreplaceable. Many other things as well were broken. I made several calls about my problem and have never received a call back nor claim papers. Please, please try to stop this from happening to anyone slse. I will provide photos of you like. Marie
