I was ripped-off by this woman in May. I purchased a Great Dane that I was told was AKC registerd. I paid her $1400 for a blue male dane with CKC registration. Continental Kennel Club - not something that I care about-I wanted AKC registration. The web page showed (I do have copies of this) that the sire dog was an AKC registered dog and the bitch was AKC registerd. She has since changed her web pages. Turns out that the Sire was registerd with a LIMITED AKC registration and therefore no pups were eligible for AKC registration. She misrrepresented the sitution to me. I have successfully sued Jacki Vohs, Greatsinger, Beyer in Pierce County Courts for fraud, harrassment, and violations of the consumer protection act.
She continues to scam people and weave a tale of woe. It is always the buyers fault and she has an excuse for everything. Please do not buy anything from her. She sells horses, dogs, tack, ebay, land-you name it she tries to sell it. She doesn't stand behind her contracts or agreements. She lies and scams.
It's my opinion that she doesn't even know the truth anymore.
