Lack of Maintenance, Non-English Speaking workers awful

I've been going to planet laundry for a long time, the same Large machines ALWAYS have "out of order" signs, They are Never attended to, the operations of that place are horrible, in the summer NO A/C functioning while the HUGE sign outside says "Air Conditioned" "Free Dryer" signs when more than half have NO heat. The owner used to show up when the place was new but as usual hes making money even with lack of care. There is not 1 working ENGLISH speaking person there. Total shame.
