Getyourspurson.com Ripoff sold me a horse with a written agreement with 7 day trail period and must pass a vet check - The horse did not pass a vet check and the horse has behavior problems and she refuses to take the horse back and return my $3500.00

Prior to the purchase, I discussed with Jacki over the phone what kind of horse I was looking for in a drill horse and I did not want to pay $3500.00 for horse that does not work out and I asked her if I could have a 7 day trial period and my own vet check, she stated he had a vet check. She agreed and stated she wanted to make the horse will be at thier new home for a long time. I drove down to look at the horse and Jacki was not there. I contacted her two days later to find out what happened, someone was to call me. I told her I was still interested in looking at the horse and she told he would not last because someone else was interested him. Again I asked her about the trial period and she agreed to it. When I picked up the horse I had her write an agreement stating the 7 day trial period and the vet check and she did. The second night was my first attempted to work with the horse. The horse showed serious behavioral problems, enough for me to call her right away to return the horse. I new at that time he would not work out. I left messages and she decided to email and told me to work with the horse. I decided to take the horse to the vet within the 7 days period and he did not pass the vet check he has signs of lameness. I decided to take him to my trainer and he looked at the horse and I showed him the ad and he was very clear that her ad was misleading and could see the horse was off. I left another mess and she would only email again to tell me to work with the horse the horse would cost more then the attorney. I filed in small claims in October 05. The court date was in November and she did not show up. While I was waiting for the judgment, our farrier came out who has been shoeing horse for over 30 yrs, noticed the horse was seriously ill with a fever about 6 months. Finally I received the judgment in December 05 and I won my judgment. To this day I am still trying to get my $ back.

Buyer beware just stay away!!!
