I bought a Blue Great Dane puppy from Greatsinger Danes / Jacki "Greatsinger" in September. He was to be a show dog, we had several detailed conversations about this. The Dam and Sire were promoted as AKC & CKC registered.
We were mislead about the show potential of our pup and the dogs that produced him. "Greatsinger" intentionally withheld information and lied about facts that would have affected our decision to purchase her puppy. The Dam was from a brother/sister pairing and the Stud was acquired by Greatsinger on a Neuter contract w / LIMITED AKC registration.
Within Days of me receiving my pup, asking for the AKC paperwork, and asking for a refund or partial refund, she cut off communication with me and threatened me with a harassment lawsuit. (I also prepaid shipping which was not reimbursed. He came to me COD)
In short, my puppy dropped dead from heartfailure at the age of 8 months old.
She has sent harassing and slanderous emails and posted false information on the internet. She is producing an extremely large amount of puppies and selling them to unsuspecting people all across the country for inflated prices. She is scamming people and hurting families.
