On 11/18, I realized that I only had $1.89 on my account. At this time I wanted to cancel my service since the service, sound quality, and connectivity are very poor. And, since I do not get any of my money back if I do cancel my account, I thought it would be ideal to cancel it and lose $1.89. However, to cancel the account, I had to call it in whereas all other transactions can be done on their website. So, I called the company.
The customer representative, whose accent was so bad, attempted to help me.instead of cancelling the account, he recharged another $100 to my credit card. He informed me that he would submit a report to fix the error. Furthermore, he informed me that I should check back (I'm assuming the website) on 11/19/05 to see that the error was fixed.
I did check my account on their website on 11/19/05 only to find out that it was never fixed.
I did make a fraud report to my credit card company, but they said that I would have to wait 4 business days.
