On October 22 I e-mailed customer service and asked them to cancel my membership immediately, explaining that it was an account for my ex-spouse that continues to be charged against my credit card.
I received a reply requesting my order number, which I promptly sent them. I received another reply asking me to call them because they cannot cancel online, at which time I sent another e-mail demanding that they close the account.
After several days I called customer service, but was unsuccessful reaching a representative and wasted precious time during a work day. I called once more to no avail.
Since October 22, the Company has refused to cancel my account and continues to charge my credit card as follows:
02 dec credit report 800-7204420 ca $5.95
02 nov credit report 800-7204420 ca 5.95
Now I demand full credit for the last two charges on my credit card.
The Company's avoidance is well documented. Wasting my time is enough reason for a grievance, but their refusal to close the account online is nonsense since they opened the account online.
