Ok this TRUE.com website is a fradulent website, i called to cancel my account 11 days before it was supposed to end, i was told like any account that when you cancel your account, it is still active until the date it was supposed to end. I told the customer service rep that i wanted to cancel my account, and i asumed he canceled it but when i saw that my credit card had been billed, i called to ask why and they started saying the customer service rep offered me more time, and i said no he didn't, and now i can't get my refund bcoz of some idiot, which is very annoying. I am planning on reporting it to the credit card company as a fraudulent activity bcoz i did not authorize it.
I need help to get my money back, i was charged $49.99 and not counting the entire $99c that was charged too.
